The Thunder Bay Women's Hockey Association (TBWHA) 16th Annual Invitational Shirley McCooeye Memorial Tournament was held on February 22-24, 2008 at the Tournament Centre in Thunder Bay. Six House Division teams and eight Recreational Division teams competed over the course of the weekend. All teams were guaranteed at least four games, and as many as six games, if a team made it to the finals. In the Recreational Division, my team, the Thunder Bay Magic won the championship. What a thrill it was to play on this great, winning team!
